Tension headache: Stress-induced or "tension" headaches are classically in the temporal region but may involve any part of the head. Changes in blood flow or pressure can cause vessels in the head, neck, or ears to dilate, causing redness. Stress can also cause high blood pressure, so it would be imported to get your blood pressure checked. Stress may also cause migraines.
