Rheumatologist.: Patients who lack both RF and anti-CCP antibodies may be diagnosed with RA based upon findings otherwise characteristic of RA if appropriate exclusions of other diagnosis are met. Such patients with seronegative RA have usually less severe Rheumatoid Arthritis that those with RF positive.
