Osteoarthritis ?: Osteoarthritis is probably what you have. Gentle exercise will assist with decreasing pain. Additionally, a splint for the DIP joint is a common recommendation for the treatment of DIP joint arthritis. See a rheumatologist or a hand surgeon.
