Likely: Most glaucoma management is successfully treated with eye medications. I'd say that 85% of patients are treated to their individual target iop range with one to three medications. An slt laser may also be utilized to lower iop in selected patients. Careful monitoring during treatment is key to success, and appropriate adjustments in treatment should be considered if glaucoma is progressing.
