I have a rash around my left shoulder area, with severe pain moving up and down and pins and needles all over my body, i feel nausea and feels like i have an upset stomach, as well as headaches off and on?

Varied symptoms: These varied symptoms are probably not interrelated, but the rash and associated pain raises the suspicion of shingles. If this is present, treatment should be begun. The other symptoms are nonspecific and may be relieved by taking Tylenol and taking ginger or flat ginger ale for headache and nausea. See your physician for evaluation.
