Check BP first w/PCP: Women have different symptoms than men when their heart is involved, and any left-sided pain (mild or not) needs to be worked up first and foremost. Then, you can consider a musculoskeletal problems secondarily, if it aches to inspire/expire, or while deep breathing that may involve a rib, or tight thoracics, and cerivcals (neck), causing a mild headache.. Previous trauma should also be explored.
