Maybe: Because you are training he way you are walking due to the surgery? Perhaps a vitamin deficiency like magnesium or potassium? Are you drinking enough water? All of these items should be considered.

See below: It could just be a reaction to the surgery but if your calf feels warm you should call your doctor or go to the er to make sure you don't have a blood clot.
