Meniere's: Possibly, if you are unable to walk from the vertigo or you have severe hearing loss. You have my sympathy. I trust you are under the care of a good otolaryngologist/ good luck.

Hearing: Depending in the cause of the loss and the amount if hearing loss you have, as well as your profession (is it hearing dependent) then you might qualify. That is something to discuss with your hr department.
