Temporal artery: The temporal artery (which is on both sides) is the terminal branch of the external carotid artery. It is easily felt just in front of the ear just above the zygomatic arch (arched bone along the temple). This is normal.

Artery: There are a number of arteries, each with a pulse, than can be easily felt on the face.
