Neurology Evaluation: If you can actually feel a vessel pulsating in your temple with your finger and if it is on one side of your head, its a good idea to have it checked out. Temporal arteritis is an entity that can lead to eye problems if not treated. It is readily treated, but may need a biopsy to make the final diagnosis.
