New?: Otc meds such as Motrin and tylenol (acetaminophen) are a good first step. These symptoms usually resolve in time, but it worsen or last more than a week or so then go see your doc.

I have been for a nerve conduction test which Dr has told me I have problems with the nerves in my neck which cause pins and needles in my arm - mostly left arm. The leg pains occurred after the pins and needles in my arm I do get chest and back pain?
