I have been for a nerve conduction test which dr has told me i have problems with the nerves in my neck which cause pins and needles in my arm - mostly left arm. the leg pains occurred after the pins and needles in my arm i do get chest and back pain?

Leg swelling can be very concerning for a leg clot which is an emergency. There are other reasons for your symptoms such as varicose veins and several others. More information is needed to understand this. See a doctor in person

Physical therapy may be the solution to symptoms in arm and leg pain could be secondary to a different cause. Discuss in detail with your doctor and design a rehab program
