Reevaluation: I think you should go back and have it reevaluated, may have not healed. Stress fractures are usually in areas with tenuous blood supply and sometimes require some therapeutic augmentation to help them heal.

Possibly: Need to go back to a doctorand get a followup x-ray and possibly a ct scan to rule out a non-union.
