Sounds like allergy: If your symptoms occur only or mostly when you visit your hometown, you are most likely suffering from allergies related to local conditions (pollens, dust, mold). If it is worse when you are in a particular place (your old house, for example), it could be mold.

I have shortness of breath. I have been experiencing a runny nose, watery eyes and have also been sneezing. I experienced a mild headache today. I usually take alergex and Panado, which reduces the symptoms but after a few hours the symptoms return.
