When ever i come to my hometown i get sneezing, breathlessness, irritation in eyes. on bloodtest i got eosinophil count 20% please help?

Sounds like allergy: If your symptoms occur only or mostly when you visit your hometown, you are most likely suffering from allergies related to local conditions (pollens, dust, mold). If it is worse when you are in a particular place (your old house, for example), it could be mold.
