Unexplained Pain: I assume the pressure is felt in your upper back, between the shoulders. It is very unlikely this is cardiac pain; it sounds more like musculoskeletal-skeletal in origin, and may be due to the way you sit during the day. Pay attention to your sitting posture and try a "heat" creme on the affected areas. Your doctor can run an ekg if there is any concern of a cardiac origin.

Need more info: This could be related to your heart, & women often have different symptoms from men when it comes to heart problems. It could also be related to the esophagus (connects mouth to stomach), the stomach, the gall bladder, etc. You get the picture. More information is needed. See a healthcare provider, so they can ask pertinent questions, make a diagnosis & get the appropriate confirmatory tests.
