Other common leads for chest pressure may be asthma variant or reactive airway disease or esophageal pathology, such as spasm and among others. Anxiety becomes part of all and loops back in, possibly worsening the original symptom. Your best resource remains your main doc who has ruled out heart for your symptoms.
