About 2%: Of women will have asymmetric breast growth. I would not suspect the trauma was causative, never heard of it. If she is really bothered about it a good plastic surgeon can help. See if you can find dr otto platick on this site, he's the expert. I will try to refer u to him, he's a very nice guy.
