Sweat gland infectio: It may not be breast tissue abscess as some times seen after postpartum , most likely it is infection of montagomery gland a type of sweat glands located around pigmented part of breast , some times recurs will need antibiotics and drainage of abscess , take to her doctor.

Breast abscess: You may have dilated ducts or a chronic cyst. See a surgeon for ultrasound and treatment plan. Do not smoke, it maked the condition worse.
