I am a female 30 years old experiencing sharp pains under my left breast. the pain has become a dull constant ache over the last day with sharp pains periodically where i only used to have sharp pains now and then ?

Breast pain: Fibrocystic changes in breast tissue may cause pain especially prior to one's menstrual onset. Sharp pains can also develop from mastitis or a breast cyst. See your gyn physician for an exam and possible further testing.
