Separate the issues: Start with the thirst, urination, weight loss which could be one of many things including diabetes. The positive ANA can only be helpful to confirm a specific diagnosis (dx). It can never make a DX on its own. Many people have a positive ANA with no associated disease. See a primary care physician first with your symptoms and go from there.
