A member asked:

I have frequent thirst. urination, night sweats, and weightoss is there something to worry about? i am also ana positive

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Separate the issues: Start with the thirst, urination, weight loss which could be one of many things including diabetes. The positive ANA can only be helpful to confirm a specific diagnosis (dx). It can never make a DX on its own. Many people have a positive ANA with no associated disease. See a primary care physician first with your symptoms and go from there.
