Sir i am non alcoholic man my age is 47. my livervfunction test shows that my ast is 40 and my alt is 87. other is normal. i have diagn fatty liver?

It is what it is.: If you have a diagnosis of fatty liver then that explains your lab values. They are very minimally elevated. I suppose your doctor has told you that a certain percentage of people with this disease progress to severe liver disease, but most people with fatty liver die from heart disease just like the rest of us.
