Yes: If you are asking the question, be kind to yourself and check out what support is available. Has life seemed less joyful and whole? Have you felt more of an effort to get through the day; sad, or irritable, or simply "flat" some moments or even most of the time? There is nothing to be lost by seeking advice with a counselor or therapist. It does take courage but so did asking this question at all.
