Probably not : Eating enough portions. In any case, increase fibers, fruits and take dulcolax stool softeners as directed otc or any equivalents. You can also try benefibers, metamucil, colace (docusate sodium) , mag citrate.The effects vary with individual person.Also need to consult with your physician for other medical condition causing constipation like colon cancer. Early diagnosis will lead to a better prognosis/ outcome.
