If you are allergic to all metals used in back surgery...including titanium...what options do you have? i have 3 slipped discs.

Metal allergy: It's pretty rare to be allergic to all metals. Skin testing for metal allergies is inconsistent and does not determine implantable metal allergies. Blood tests can be done to test for metal allergy prior to the procedure.

Surgery= Last Resort: There are lots of very effective non-surgical treatments for back problems. I'm assuming by slipped discs, you are referring to herniated discs. You may have 3 herniated discs, but very difficult for them all to be symptomatic @ same time. Seek your doctors help with this to guide the diagnosis/treatment. Nsaids (if ok'd by your pcp), pt, home exercise, when these fail, epidural injections.
