No need to worry: There is absolutely no need to be concerned about high B12 levels. This simply means you have more B12 in your blood than average but this is not a problem. There is no known toxicity from B12 ; no need or reason to stop taking vitamins. However, i'm not a big fan of "energy drinks" as they tend to be high in sugars or, even worse, artificial sweeteners. Consider herbs like ashwagandha ; rhodiola.
