Depends: You need to think about why you lost weight after the break up and why you want to gain it back quickly. The most likely reason for the weight loss after a break up is that you developed a significant depression. Until you treat the depression you may find it difficult to regain the weight. Perhaps you should talk with your doctor about depression and see if you show other symptoms.
