Yes: Rogaine (minoxidil) blocks testosterone action in a variety of tissues. It can not only adversely affect fertility, it is teratogenic (causes birth defects). Do not take if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

Rogaine (minoxidil): In men, it may cause a lower sperm count and function. In women, it may have an effect on egg development and can't be used when pregnant.
