Maybe maybe not: You don't mention the other components of the sperm analysis like total count, percentage of abnormal forms, etc. Moreover, your husbands motility % is only one part of the "couple" problem . Males comprise 40% of issues and females 60%. Have you undergone analysis of your reproductive status? If not your fertility capability is based on both of you as a couple and only then can a decision be made
