I have pink eye and started the antibiotic drops today, can i wear contacts tomorrow?

No: Not a good idea. Wait until the eye clears up, maybe 3-4 days.

No: if you wear contacts when you have an active eye infection, a small scratch on the cornea from insertion, the lens, a foreign body, etc. can get infected. A corneal infection can lead to loss of vision. The risk is small but since the consequences are so great, I would wait until the infection is gone and then start with fresh lenses just to be safe.
