I'm 8 weeks pregnant. i can't fall asleep till 3, 4, 5 am. than wake up between 8am-12pm than try to fall back asleep. i get up at 3 pm everyday. help!

Delayed sleep: You seem to be sleeping enough, but at the wrong time. You need to restrict your sleep, so you can sleep at night. Try not to sleep after 12 noon, use any tool you can to stay awake, then try to sleep closer to midnight. It is very hard to sleep after 2 am. If you snore, you need to be checked for sleep apnea.
