Constipation: Magnesium Glycinate, which also helps with insomnia. You can start with 200 mg twice daily and titrate up. You know you are getting too much when your stools get too soft. Constipation is COMMON in pregnancy. Lots of fluids, fiber and you can certainly take an OTC stool softener like Colace (docusate sodium).
