I have been given zithromax 3 day antibiotic. my stomach doesn't like any antibiotics. after just the first side taken 2 hours ago, i have serious diarrhea, bright orange in colour. should i worry?

That's a : Tough one. The development of that significant of a problem 2 hours after one pill is very unusual. It does not represent an allergy. The color is hard to come by. Do u have irritible bowel syndrome? I just can't think of why the medicine would have that effect after the first pill. Try taking it with food, perhaps you will get a better answer, immodium will help your immediate issue.

No...: Gi side effects e.g. Diarrhea from antibiotics are common, including zithromax. The orange color is nothing to be concerned about. If your stool becomes black or you notice blood in the stool then call your doctor immediately.
