Sitz baths: Sitz baths for 20/30 minutes. Afterwards apply a local anesthetic ointment , but you should alo see a gastroenterologist as to why you are getting cuts and sores.

2nd opinion: There are several caused of pruritus ani which extend from contact dermatitis to psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. You should have a thorough evaluation by your dermatologist and new therapy.
