I am allergic to alcohol. i can't even have one glass of wine without getting sick. is there anything i can do? it is affecting my social life.

Define sick: If you mean by sick vomiting, then it is not an allergy. People can develop hives, flushing, low blood pressure, etc. I suggest seeing your doctor to determineif you have gastritis causing your symptoms.
