A member asked:

My fiance has nosebleeds sometimes when his nose is blocked and he uses power to blow his nose. is it a serious issue about his nosebleeding?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: On the septum, there is a group of blood vessels that are close to the surface of yoru nose lining. When he blows his nose, he increases the pressure in his head and the blood vessels, increasing likelihood that they would rupture and bleed.
