How can i stop?chronic nose bleeds from blowing my ?nose too much with allergies?

Several things: If you're using a nasal steroid spray, stop. Try taking a small amount of vaseline on the end af a q-tip and wiping it around the inner rim of the nostril at night. If your nosebleeds are always on the same side, there may be a spot that an ENT could cauterize.
