Healthy mix is best: Extremes can carry a risk of causing problems. When dieting it really depends on how your body handles the big 3: carbs fats proteins.A healthy mix of all 3, atleast 64 oz water/day works best. Kidneys differ but generally going too far above 200 grams of protein/day can strain them.
