Helpful for many: I don't believe it's been technically "proven effective" as no formal research has been done, but many acne sufferers use it & report great success. This makes sense as it's a powerful anti-inflammatory agent with antibacterial properties as well. It might work even better combined with a bit of neem oil. Consider oral turmeric as well.
