Hmmm....: It is not considered normal to use an over-the-counter skin cream and then end up with "big red pimples". Most people would stop using the cream. However, one might not be able to know for sure that the cream was causing the pimples, unless one was testing the cream by using it on one side of the face, and not using it on the other side; and then getting pimples only on the cream side of the face.
