Could be a cyst: And not actual acne..If those are "squeezed", really thick, stinky goo will come out, and they might go away for a little while; however, if the capsule that holds the goo is not surgically removed or destroyed, then it will just continue to fill up with goo again. Have a derm take a good look and give an opinion. Also they can become secondarily infected, and might need antibiotics on occasion.

See a doctor: A doctor needs to see it. If it is a form of psoriasis or abscesses or infection she will diagnose and treat you.
