Good hygiene: Nothing will be so helpful as keeping things clean and dry and using a good antibacterial soap or anti-staphylococcal wash. If one becomes very painful or large, get with your physician. Tumarec is offered as an effective treatment for everything, which should tell you something. Best wishes.
