Osteopathic treatmen: I am certain you already tried all traditional remedies. You still have problem. Find doctor of osteopathy (do)who, in addition to officially recommended pills, will complement treatment with osteopathic manipulations such us cranio-sacral therapy. You may well benefit from high energy laser to treat your chronic sinusitis. In my practice this type of complex approach works very efficiently.

Headache diagnosis: I agree w the great answer w manipulation & omt! fantastic idea if u haven't tried. Ur ass of neck pn & sinusitis causes me a few subtle questions like how often, how long, how intense your headaches are? Often migraines are called chronic sinusitis. Ex: there are ha that are short, freq, intense with runny nose/eye one sided called cluster ha. & many subtle diff w slight variation to treatment.
