What is the safest painkiller for headache and backache especially for those having hypertension?best regard.

Analgesia: If you have chronic lumbago or tension headaches that cause an unacceptable amount of discomfort, I would start with the lowest effective dose of an NSAID, assuming you have no allergies to medications. Ibuprofen is one such drug. Acetaminophen could also be used, but it might exacerbate your blood pressure problem. Besides, ibuprofen has anti-inflammatory properties that acetaminophen does not.
