The reading in my left wrist is lower than on my right wrist. left wrist is 119/92. left wrist is 128/86. what does this mean?

Normal: There is a l<-->r variation of 8-10 systolic and 4-6 diastolic. (can be a little more or less, depending on person. Also, wrist BP cuffs easy to use, but have a little more variability than higher-end (=more $) machines.
