From a chiropractor, is it bad to crack your back while still going to a chiro and getting adjusted? Suffer from upper back, shoulder, neck pain.
I have had neck/shoulder pain/stiffness along with a small lump on the back of my neck for about 11 days (also sore throat). The pain mostly went away after a week, but the lump remains, and now have scalp/neck itchiness. Neg mono test/normal xray?

I have from my neck to my left shoulder. I have seen both physio and chiropractors but stiff seem to be sufferring pain that's sometimes is too intense to manage. What should be my next step?
