Might help: Sometimes rashes are related to an allergy to a protein in the formula, so changing formulas helps. Sometimes other things are necessary, like creams or lotions or moisturizing soaps. Often babies have rashes on their faces that bother the parents more than they bother the babies. These include baby acne, cradle cap, and many others. Your pediatrician can tell the difference.

Milk allergy: Allergy to cows milk causes bad rash on face which is treated with steroid cream. Formula changed to soy milk will stop rash from reappearing on face.
