There are many: Alternatives but there is nothing about the iud itself, unless it is causing pain, that should decrease libido or ability to orgasm. Having children, stress, fatigue, certain medications...There are many options for loss of libido but changing contraception, if she is not having a problem, will not really help. Good luck.
