It doesn't: The pain with first sex idea is overdone. If a woman has a healthy vulva and vagina; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves with small motions until she is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may not be hymen tearing nor bleeding. Ignore the hymen, as it should be of no relevance.
