See below: Symtoms due to B12 deficiency respond quickly to b 12 injections, in a matter of hours to days. If the symptoms are persisting after a few days, you may need to be investigated for co-existing pathology. See this site for more info. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003705.htm.

Soon, see below: That is a low B12 level that can cause many symptoms- see http://bit.Ly/1607tg3 your levels can come up rapidly- it is safe to inject 1-3 mg 1-3x/week until your levels normalize (goal is above 500). Most symptoms related to low B12 should improve within weeks but not all of your symptoms may be due to low b12. You might have other nutrient deficiencies, hypothyroidism etc.
