Cardiovascular: It is good you got some direction from your doctor, and I am sure s/he would be happy to continue that discussion.Somewhat depends on the neck problem, but using light weights and lots of repetitions can bring big results. Even more important is to add cardiovascular exercise, but do any new exercise slowly and build up.Walking, elliptical, swimming - best exercise is what you will do!eat well too!
